A GUIDE TO MEETING YOUR FAVE CELEBS

Autograph purchases: Looking to lock in an autograph ticket but don’t see the option in Epic? There’s no need to worry. Autograph tickets will be available in the Celebrity Autograph Area all weekend long. Head to the guests' table to find out about ticket availability, pricing, and make your purchase.

If your fave stars have autograph tickets available, we recommend buying early to lock in your moment–we want you to meet them without worrying that tickets might sell out.

Bring cash: In the Celebrity Autograph Area, cash is king, so make sure you pick some up before you head to the show. If you don’t have time to hit the bank, we’ve got you covered. ATMS will be active on site all weekend.

Make it happen: The Epic Photo Ops team are on site to make your photo op experience a breeze. They'll show you where to go, scan your ticket, and get you in the booth for your moment with your fave star. So prepare your signature pose and get ready to take home a new core memory.

One ticket to rule them all: Whether you’re flying solo or bringing your squad, get ready to strike a pose with the stars you love. With one photo op ticket, you are welcome to have up to four individuals in your photo (excluding the guest(s), of course!) You’ll get one printed copy when you leave the booth, but you can purchase additional prints or digital copies at the Epic kiosk.

Groups: Think of your “Group” like a boarding zone at the airport. Each group will have a designated time to help keep the Photo Op area running smoothly. Epic will send out group numbers to photo op buyers about a week before the event. If you have any overlapping events or issues with the time assigned, head to your Leap account to manage your tickets and manually swap your group.

Take your pick: Whether you want to meet your fave celeb one-on-one or team up with your dream cast, we have a wide variety of photo ops available for you to choose from. So practice your signature pose and get ready to unlock a new core memory.

Check for availability: Some of your fave stars might offer selfies at their table in the autograph area. Guests offering selfies will typically have them for purchase at the table. Please keep in mind that, they may not be offered by every guest so if you want to ensure you’ll capture that iconic photo, we recommend a photo op ticket (where available).

When and how: Special Experiences are ticketed events that bring you closer to the stars you love. From panels and game shows to custom art and autographs, these events are beyond epic. Visit our Special Experiences page for all the details on how you can get in on the fun.

Ticket availability: Some Special Experiences may offer different packages including photo ops, autographs, or other incredible opportunities. Whether you want something simple or something extraordinary, there’s a little something for everyone.

Fan questions: Panels are a great way to get the inside scoop from stars. Our panels are hosted by iconic moderators who will help get all your burning questions answered. While not all panels will offer in person questions (so many incredible fans, only so much time), you can submit yours here for a chance to be featured during our one of our Main Theatre presentations.

Time is everything: When the mic is open, don’t be shy, get in line. We know you’re eager to ask your questions, but so are your fellow fans. We ask that you keep your time at the mic to one question to ensure everyone gets a chance to shine.
