Can you tell us about your first cosplay?

My first cosplay was Korea from Hetalia, I made the costume myself and wore it for the first time to a Comicon. I felt pretty confident in my cosplay at the time and I had a lot of fun meeting other awesome cosplayers. So that’s when I started wanting to make cosplay a hobby of mine.

Do you have a cosplay piece that you are most proud of?

My Jeanne d’Arc Final Ascension cosplay.

What do you hope to achieve through cosplay?

I like to dress up as my favourite character and have fun. More importantly, I’d like to get to know more people with similar interests.

What would you say is the hardest part of cosplaying?

I would say the hardest part is the costume because to me I want my cosplays to be as perfect as possible. So choices need to be made in order to make it good-looking and exactly like the character.

In honour of the 20th anniversary of Lord of the Rings, what is your favourite movie from the trilogy?

I’d say my favourite is the Fellowship of the Ring.
