FAN EXPO PORTLAND EATS

Applications for the FAN EXPO Portland Eats program are now open.

How do I apply to the FAN EXPO EATS Program?

To be considered:

    • Restaurants must be located close in proximity to the Oregon Convention Center.
    • Must have a valid Food Service Permit (if providing a food discount/classified as a restaurant).
    • Must provide either a Standard Promotional Offer or Incentive Value-Added Offer to visitors, exhibitors, staff, or volunteers upon presenting an official FAN EXPO Portland badge or wristband.

Offer Types

1. Standard Promotional Offer*

Up to 20% off offer to visitors, exhibitors, staff, volunteers upon presenting badge or wristband at participating restaurants/businesses. (% discount based on your discretion, as mutually agreed)

2. Incentive Value Added Offers*

Grab & Go options, value meals, family/kid’s meals/packages, beverage incentives, or special menu pricing offers/ticket offers - not combined with the 15% off offer. *Offers must be available for dine-in and take out service, with the valid 2025 FAN EXPO Portland branded badge or wristband.

Accepted partners benefit from:

  1. Logos and links with menu offer description on FAN EXPO Portland website under Plan Your Visit
  2. Social media posts promoting participating restaurants in the program (program specific)
  3. Inclusion in Exhibitor Communications emails
  4. Access to tickets and opportunity to purchase tickets at a group discount
  5. Post-event review and follow-up
  6. Listing in FAN EXPO EATS email blast*
  7. Listing on the mobile app*

REQUIRED INFORMATION

When submitting your application, ensure you include:

  1. Incentive offer
  2. Full contact information for manager and chef applying for the program
  3. Cuisine/style of restaurant
  4. PNG versions of the brand logo in colour as well as black and white
  5. PDF versions of any menu to be reviewed/used during the program
