• Films must be 3–5 minutes long

• Family-friendly (no excessive gore, nudity, strong language, or hate speech)

• Submissions must be original work created and owned by the entrant and produced without the use of generative AI

• Open to registered attendees only (badge required)

• Filmmakers must be 18+ or have parental/guardian permission to participate

By submitting, entrants agree they must own or have permission to use all music, footage, images, and other materials included in their submission. By submitting a film, participants confirm that their work is original and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

FAN EXPO has permission to publicly screen submitted film during the Fan Film Fest event.
