Media who have been approved for media passes, please note that the Media Desk will only be open during the hours listed below.
Media must pick up their passes during these times:
Friday, September 3rd between 2pm-6pm
Saturday, September 4th between 10am-2pm
Sunday, September 5th between 10am-2pm

- Background information about FAN EXPO Boston
- Interview requests with FAN EXPO Boston spokespersons
- Interview requests with FAN EXPO Boston guests and partners
- Image and B-roll requests
MEDIA ACCREDITATION & ON-SITE MEDIA
Media accreditation and services are provided to media on assignment to cover FAN EXPO Boston to the public by Seven Letter. The number of available Press Passes is limited and not all requests can be approved. Notice of credential status will be emailed to applicants no later than one week prior to the event. Please be sure to review the guidelines for on-site media below before applying and see the FAQ section.

Important Rules for On-Site Media at FAN EXPO Boston
All media staff members must be present to pick up their respective badges and must be worn on-site at all times. A Press Pass is only evidence of your media accreditation and does not grant you any rights or privilege to access Guests or any particular area, venue or event. Any special requests must be made in advance with Seven Letter.

FAN EXPO Boston encourages media from all formats and locations who intend to cover the convention to apply for media accreditation; however, due to the large volume of applications, not all applications are approved.
