Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Playing the popular villain turned anti-hero, James Marsters was not intended to be on Buffy the Vampire Slayer for very long. Joss Weadon, the creator, originally resisted Spike's unexpected popularity. “To Joss,” Marsters told 411Mania, “vampires were supposed to be ugly, evil, and quick to be killed... when I was cast Joss did not imagine me to be popular; Spike was supposed to be dirty and evil, punk rock, and then dead."
He was in a band?
Did you know that he can sing? Not only sing but was in a band? James Marsters, from 2003–04, was the lead singer for the rock band Ghost of the Robot? He then launched his solo musical career in October 2004.
