 One of the most iconic lines in gaming, is said by one of the most memorable voices, Charles Martinet. Voicing the most famous plumber for over 30 years, Charles Martinet is the man underneath the hat. To pay tribute to one of the most recognizable characters and voices, let's plug in and take the time to appreciate the work of Charles Martinet.

Jumpman

Charles Martinet first voiced Mario in Super Mario Bros in 1992. Since, he has voiced the plumber in 100 + games and voiced Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi and other additional voices for the games over the years.

There has been an ongoing debate whether or not the original Jumpman is also Mario. Some fan theories have suggested that Jumpman is Mario's dad.
