Turning Red is the latest movie from Pixar and released exclusively on Disney+ earlier this month. The film focuses on a girl who deals with the troubles of being a teenager while also turning into a giant red panda if she gets too emotional.

Sonic the Hedgehog is back and will release in theaters this April. The film sees Ben Schwartz & Jim Carrey returning as Sonic and Dr. Robotnik. The movie will also add Idris Elba as Knuckles and Colleen O'Shaughnessey reprising her role as Tails.  

May 20, 2022

DC League of Super-Pets features Superman’s dog forming a team of super-powered animals to help rescue the Justice League from Lex Luthor. The movie features a star-studded cast with Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, John Krasinski and Keanu Reeves all lending their voices to the film.

Lightyear will give the origin story behind Toy Story’s iconic character, Buzz Lightyear, with Chris Evans taking over to voice the iconic character. They’ve made it very clear that this is the origin story of the “real life astronaut” that “inspired” the toy Buzz Lightyear. That’s why Tim Allen isn’t voicing him.

The Minions and Gru (voiced by Steve Carell) return this summer. Minions: Rise of Gru will feature a look back at 12-year-old Gru and his dream to become the greatest supervillain in the world. This is the fifth movie in this world, so I think we’re basically in the GCU (Gru Cinematic Universe).  

Halloween 2022

Somehow, the Sanderson sisters returned. The iconic sisters are back for the first time in almost 30 years in this highly anticipated sequel to the classic Halloween film. The movie will feature three new high school students working together to stop the Sanderson sisters, who have wreaking havoc in Salem.
