How will I receive my payment?
Payments will be sent directly to your bank account after FAN EXPO Canada concludes.
What information will you require from me to process the payment?
We will need you to fill out the FormStack with your details and you will also need to complete a W9 form (for US residents), Global Banking form, and Third-Party Authorization form if your agency or another third party will be facilitating the payment on your behalf.
When will I need to have the W9 & Global Banking Forms completed and returned to FAN EXPO HQ?
The W9 (for US residents) and Global Banking Forms will need to be completed and returned to us by ____ in order for us to process your payment in a timely manner. You will also need to complete a Third Party Authorization Form if your payment will be going through an agency or other third party.
When will the FormStack need to be completed and returned to FAN EXPO HQ?
We will require the FormStack to be filled out prior to us sending you your unique link to start selling tickets.
Who can I share my link with?
You will be able to share your link with any of your contacts or followers.
If I’m choosing to donate my proceeds to charity, how will that work?
FAN EXPO HQ will only be able to administer payments directly to the SuperPartner Rewards participant, any charity donations will need to be managed on your end.
