How do I apply to the EXPO EATS Program?

RESTAURANTS APPLYING FOR MEGACON ORLANDO EATS MUST:

  • Be located near the Orange County Convention Center
  • Have a valid Food Service Permit
  • Provide either a Standard Promotional Offer or Incentive Value-Added Offer to anyone presenting an official MEGACON Orlando 2025 badge or wristband


OFFER TYPES:

STANDARD PROMOTIONAL OFFER*
Offer up to 20% off to visitors, exhibitors, staff, or volunteers of MEGACON Orlando 2025.

% discount based on your discretion, as mutually agreed.

INCENTIVE VALUE ADDED OFFERS*
Grab-and-go options, value meals, family/kid’s meals/packages, beverage incentives, or special menu pricing offers/ticket offers - not combined with the Standard Promotional Offer.

*Offers must be available for dine-in and take out service, with the valid MEGACON Orlando 2025 branded badge or wristband.

ACCEPTED PARTNERS WILL GET:

  1. Logo and links, menu offer description on the MEGACON Orlando website, under Plan Your Visit/Restaurant Guide
  2. Listing in the MEGACON Orlando Eats Promotion E-blast (75,000 subscribers)
  3. Listing on the mobile app (22,000 app users)
  4. Social media promotional posts (2x Twitter, 2x Facebook, 2x Instagram) promoting participating restaurants in the program, specific to the program
  5. Inclusion in exhibitor communication emails
