Purchase your MEGACON Orlando parking online in advance

• Parking reservation is valid for a single use only. No re-entry will be permitted.
• Purchaser is guaranteed a space in the specific parking lot purchased, but not a specific parking space in said parking lot.
• All pre-paid parking can be refunded up until March 16, 2023, at 10AM ET. After which all parking purchases are non-refundable.
• Oversized vehicles may only purchase parking on-site. If an oversized vehicle purchases a parking reservation from MEGACON Orlando, the Convention Center will not honor the reservation and will require additional full payment for oversized parking on-site and only if space is available. This does not apply to Exhibitors who have purchased oversized vehicle parking in the overnight exhibitor lot.
• Purchaser agrees to park at their own risk and that neither MEGACON Orlando, Convention Center, nor any of their respective affiliates are responsible for any theft or damage to the purchaser’s vehicle or its contents.
• All vehicles shall be granted access to the specific lot of their reservation no earlier than the beginning of the Event Day for which their reservation pertains to and shall be removed from the parking lot by the end of each Event Day or be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
• Overnight parking is prohibited. Any vehicle not removed from this lot by the published closing time will be towed at owner’s expense.
• MEGACON Orlando has teamed up with a local business to expand parking options for fans. Your parking experience will be managed exclusively by this company.

• All paid parking tickets can be refunded up until March 16, 2023, at 10 AM ET.
  
  
• Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Service charges are non-refundable.
  
  
• To process a refund, log in to your GrowTix account and click 'Refund Product' beside the ticket type you would like to refund.
  
  
• For assistance, email refunds@fanexpohq.com including the following information;
  • Transaction ID (this can be found on your purchase confirmation email)
  • Name of the Show your purchased tickets for (MEGACON Orlando)
  • Email address used to purchase tickets

Refund requests made without this information cannot be processed

• Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
• MEGACON Orlando reserves the right to change and/or alter the refund terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary. Decisions related to refunds made by FAN EXPO HQ are final.

• Accessible parking is available in all lots on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to show your valid government-issued Accessible Parking Permit to the lot attendant upon entrance.
• For lots with shuttle service to and from the convention center, shuttle service will be accessible.
