Payments will be sent directly to your bank account after MEGACON Orlando concludes.

We will need you to fill out the FormStack with your details and you will also need to complete a W9 form, Global Banking form, and Third-Party Authorization form if your agency or another third party will be facilitating the payment on your behalf.

The W9 and Global Banking Forms will need to be completed and returned to us by March 31, 2021 in order for us to process your payment in a timely manner. You will also need to complete a Third Party Authorization Form if your payment will be going through an agency or other third party.

We will require the FormStack to be filled out prior to us sending you your unique link to start selling tickets.

You will be able to share your link with any of your contacts or followers.

FAN EXPO HQ will only be able to administer payments directly to the SuperAffiliate Cash Rewards participant, any charity donations will need to be managed on your end.
