This special ticketed workshop will be held on Friday, June 2nd from 12 to 4PM and is aimed towards aspiring comic art professionals who are looking to develop their portfolios and learn from the best in the business.

Whether you are already taking classes or new to cartooning and illustration, meet the talented instructors from The Kubert School at their booth, as they teach a variety of skills at the Skills Lab, free, located right on the show floor. Learn one skill or several, or just come watch the professionals at work. The Skills Lab is the place to be for curious casual fans and future cartoonists alike.

What a fun way for kids to meet some of the amazing Creators we have in Artist Alley and introduce them to the art of sketches.  Stop by the Kubert School booth and pick up a blank sketch book and a list of participating artists.  Visit the artists’ booth and ask for a quick sketch on a blank page or draw something together!  Return to the Kubert School booth with your completed sketch book and receive a free giveaway!
