HOW DO I APPLY TO THE EXPO EATS PROGRAM?
- Restaurants located close in proximity to the Pennsylvania Convention Center of Philadelphia.
- Must have a valid Food Service Permit (if providing a food discount/classified as a restaurant).
- Must provide either a Standard Promotional Offer or Incentive Value-Added Offer to visitors, exhibitors, staff, or volunteers upon presenting an official FAN EXPO Philadelphia badge or wristband.

STANDARD PROMOTIONAL OFFER*
Up to 20% off offer to visitors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers upon presenting a badge or wristband at participating restaurants/businesses. (% discount based on your discretion, as mutually agreed)
INCENTIVE VALUE-ADDED OFFERS*
Grab & Go options, value meals, family/kid’s meals/packages, beverage incentives, or special menu pricing offers/ticket offers - not combined with the 15% off offer.
*Offers must be available for dine-in and take-out service, with the valid 2024 FAN EXPO Philadelphia branded badge or wristband.
ACCEPTED PARTNERS WILL RECEIVE:
- Logo and links, menu offer description on the FAN EXPO Philadelphia website, under Plan Your Visit/Restaurant Guide
- Listing in the FAN EXPO EATS Promotion e-blast (75,000 subscribers)
- Listing on the Mobile App (22,000 app users)
- Social media promotional posts (2x Twitter, 2x Facebook, 2x Instagram) promoting participating restaurants in the program, specific to the program
- Inclusion in Exhibitor Communication emails
- Access to Tickets & Opportunity to purchase tickets at a Group Discount.
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
- Incentive offer
- Full contact information for manager and/or chef applying for the program
- Cuisine/Style of restaurant
- PNG versions of the brand logo in color as well as in black and white
- PDF versions of any menu to be reviewed/used during the program
