FAN EXPO PHILADELPHIA TEAM

ALDEN KIRKMAN (SHE/HER)
SHOW MANAGER

Meet Alden Kirkman—though you can call her JAK. As Show Manager, she’s bringing curiosity, kindness, and a serious travel wishlist to FAN EXPO. She’s a fan of immersive tech, philosophical cinema (Six Degrees of Separation is on repeat), and hosting a good dinner party. Ask her about the original Nozawa, her fave books, or how close she is to finally acquiring that helicopter. Bonus: she’s probably got music playing in the background.

MARNIE DIEHL (SHE/HER)
EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

With quirky, vibrant looks and inspiring gratitude, Marnie is the main character. Need a recommendation for good food? Look no further than Marnie’s home. She’ll have a plate with a homecooked meal ready for you. Her speciality is a creamy lemon chicken and deep-dish mac and cheese. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it. Marnie loves Disney, collects mouse ears, and has an iconic one for every occasion. Oh, did we mention she’s fist bumped a real Jedi Knight?

RICHARD CAPOBIANCO (HE/HIM)
SALES MANAGER

We advise not doing a TikTok dance in front of Richard. He’s not gonna like that. You can ask him about his interview with Todd McFarlane though. He managed to successfully get through an interview on stage without prepping anything in advance. Richard says it’s his greatest achievement. He got hooked on fandom when he was only six years old and met Jerry Robinson (creator of The Joker). He’s been in the fandom world (and collecting Comic Sketches) ever since. Speaking of comics, if Richard could have anything in the world that he doesn’t already have, it would be an Action Comics #1. Someone get this man his comic!

DAYNA KENWORTHY (SHE/HER)
MARKETING COORDINATOR

Meet Dayna—FAN EXPO’s Marketing Coordinator and a longtime fandom devotee. Her roster of cosplays is over 40 deep (not counting wigs), and her storage unit could probably qualify for a side quest. She’s a fan of Zelda, WoW, Lord of the Rings, and the idea of having her own line of dog costumes like Dolly Parton. Off the clock, you’ll find her watching Futurama, rewatching Marilyn Monroe movies, or sipping a Canadian IPA at a local Toronto show—with her dog Kirby never too far away.

ALICIA CASTILLO (SHE/HER)
SALES ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Meet Alicia, a proud member of the Star Wars, Marvel, and DC fandoms. When she’s not helping fans get the most out of their FAN EXPO experience, you’ll find her sewing, crocheting, or working on her organic garden. She has three sons, a passion for Italian food, and has been collecting Star Wars memorabilia since 1992. True to her character, Alicia’s philosophy is simple: say what you mean and mean what you say.

FARRAH MUSTAC
EVENT CONTENT / PROGRAMMING PRODUCER

Farrah’s world is fueled by fandom—DC Comics, anime, SEGA classics, and above all One Piece. Her favorite memory? Cosplaying Zoro during the Times Square takeover as the city lit up in Straw Hat style. When she’s not diving into anime arcs, she’s exploring museums, hunting for hidden food court gems in Queens, or adding another plushie or graphic tee to her ever-growing collection. Just don’t bring up Sonic the Hedgehog unless you’re ready for an all-day chat.

TYLER WENTZ
SPONSORSHIP DIRECTOR

As Sponsorship Director at FAN EXPO, Tyler Wentz brings a calm, personable energy, and a focus on building strong connections. A longtime fan of Warhammer 40K, Star Wars, and Fallout, Tyler’s love for storytelling runs deep—especially when it comes to sharing his fave movie quotes or revisiting the moment he and his wife stood in the same spot Anakin and Padmé were married. He starts his mornings with quiet meditation and ends most days with a Dr. Pepper, always finding time for a bit of fandom, film, or fun in between.

CLAUDIA WIESE (SHE/HER)
SENIOR MANAGER, EXHIBITOR & SPONSORSHIP RELATIONS

Claudia’s earliest adventure into Fandom was waiting in line for the 4th Harry Potter book release at Chapters. Since then, you can catch her watching True Detective (Season 1), Grand Budapest Hotel, or daydreaming about being best friends with Deb Morgan from Dexter. If someone from the Fandom world were going to play Claudia in a movie about her life, it would have to be Jennifer Lawrence. That’s for sure. If you’re the type of person to wear socks & sandals while watching TikTok, it’s generally best to steer clear of Claudia. Just a fair warning. If you like yoga, hiking or veggies & humus however, you and Claudia will get along just fine.
