PET ADOPTION FEST
Animal lovers, ASSEMBLE! Are you ready to be a hero? Come and meet some super (cute!) dogs and cats that need a forever home! FAN EXPO Dallas adoption fair will include shelters and rescues from across the Dallas community and connect you with pets and organizations that need your help. But wait, there's more! All of the adoptable friends will be putting their best paw forward in their favorite cosplays!

Dallas Animal Services (DAS)
Dallas Animal Services (DAS) is the government-operated municipal animal shelter for the city of Dallas and provides public safety and animal care services to residents of Dallas. DAS is one of the largest municipal shelters in the country, taking in any Dallas pet in need, regardless of space. DAS serves tens of thousands of pets and even more people within the city of Dallas each year.
DFW COSPLAY GALLIFREY
We are Cosplay Gallifrey but we are more then just a cosplay group. We are open to all fans of The Doctor and his adventures on Doctor Who. Our goal is to engage both current fans of the show and interest others who might be hearing of the show for the first time using a variety of interactive elements.
THE AVENGERS INITIATIVE
The Avengers Initiative is a Marvel Comics fan club dedicated to celebrating the Marvel Universe through costuming. The Avengers is an all-volunteer organization formed for the express purpose of bringing together costume enthusiasts under a collective identity within which to operate.

Since 2010, the Cosplay In America has documented the culture of Cosplay around the country. Through photographs in our two coffee table books and the hundreds of interviews on our website, Cosplay In America has grown into a nexus for cosplayers, inspiring peers and encouraging new folks to give cosplaying a try.

The Finest: A G.I. Joe Costume Club Texas garrison, the 28th Rough Riders. As the name implies, we're a group of customers who dress up like G.I. Joe and Cobra characters from the G.I. Joe comics, cartoons, toy series, and more
STAR GARRISON OF THE 501ST
Since 1997, the costuming organization known as the 501st Legion has spread the magic of the Star Wars genre worldwide through its authentic-looking costumes, and has become the leading force in fan-based charity events. The 501st, also known as "Vader's Fist", is truly dedicated to brightening the lives of those less-fortunate. Be sure to drop by the booth and say hello to their members, get photos taken with the Star Wars props and characters, and inquire about how YOU might be able to join the Empire’s Finest!

KESSEL BASE REBEL LEGION
The mission of The Rebel Legion is threefold. First, we offer the costume enthusiast of the Star Wars hero characters a global community to enjoy, express, and share their costume talents. Secondly, the Legion also promotes the quality and improvement of Star Wars costumes. Thirdly and most importantly, we follow the lead of Lucasfilm Ltd. by giving back to the community through works of charity and volunteerism.
Coruscant Temple is the DFW-based chapter for the global Saber Guild not-for-profit. They perform choreographed lightsaber combat at a variety of charity, community, and pop-culture events. They will be demonstrating their choreography at their booth space and providing opportunities for photos!
R2 Builders Club is an international community who build their own replica robots from the Star Wars universe.

Geeks OUT is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that seeks to rally, promote, and empower the queer geek community. We do so by organizing events, attending conventions, coordinating queer spaces at other events, launching advocacy campaigns, and producing Flame Con – the world’s largest LGBTQ comics and pop culture convention.
AMERICAN FOUNDATION FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION
Established in 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.

Cause to Play is a non-profit organization comprised of cosplayers who volunteer for philanthropic and community events.
BARONY OF THE STEPS
The Barony of the Steppes, in the Kingdom of Ansteorra, SCA will be hosting an immersive, medieval space with fun for all ages. Gather your band of friends and join a scavenger hunt to quest for the ring throughout FAN EXPO Dallas! Prepare for battle by tossing (foam!) axes at orcs! Experience weaving and illumination, calligraphy, music, and more! Join the fanfare to cheer on your favorite fighters at weapons demonstrations twice a day and find out how YOU can live the Dream you've only dared to Dream in the SCA.
