How do I become a SUPERFAN?
It's super easy. You are automatically signed up for a free SUPERFAN Rewards account when you purchase/register a ticket to our show through GrowTix, our online ticketing system.
Where can I find my personalized link?
Your personalized link is on your purchase confirmation page when you purchase/register a ticket.
Do I get a confirmation email once I join the SUPERFAN Rewards Program?
No, there's no confirmation email. You will automatically see the link for "My SUPERFAN Rewards" on your GrowTix account.
How do I earn points?
You'll earn points whenever someone (family, friends, foes, followers) buys a ticket through your personalized link. You can message it to them directly or you can share it through Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), email, etc.
How many points do I earn when someone buys a ticket?
$1 = 10 SUPERFAN points. So, if someone buys a $55.00 ticket through your link, you earn 550 points. 550 points can get you a lanyard or a bag.
How and when can I access the SUPERFAN Rewards Store?
The store will open two weeks before the show. You can access the SUPERFAN Rewards Store by clicking on the bottom right-hand side of your SUPERFAN Rewards Program page from your GrowTix account. From there, you can redeem all the rewards your heart desires.
Where can I see how many points I have?
On the right-hand side of the SUPERFAN Rewards Store you will see total number of points earned.
I was given a ticket as a gift, can I count my ticket voucher towards the SUPERFAN Rewards Program?
No, a SUPERFAN Rewards Program account is linked to the email address associated with the ticket order on GrowTix. So, if you are gifted a ticket, the ticket is already associated with the account that made the original purchase.
I won a ticket, can I count that voucher towards the SUPERFAN Rewards Program?
Yes, it does count towards the SUPERFAN Reward Program. Access your SUPERFAN Rewards Program account through the electronic ticket that was emailed to you from GrowTix.
Can I use FAN Points to upgrade my tickets?
No, using points for upgrades is not possible.
Is there any way to get points from friends I referred before I became a SUPERFAN?
No, you can only earn points on new purchases through use of your personalized link.
When do the points expire?
Your SUPERFAN Points will expire the last day of the show, so be sure to redeem them before then.
