Job Description:
- Remain seated at ADA desk.
- Redeem Pre-Purchased Tickets and Sell tickets to those with ADA needs.
- Provide and Track companion pass/sticker to those who are accompanying an attendee requiring assistance. Explain benefits and conditions.
- Assist with complaints about ADA issues onsite at show, calling in HQ Manager as required
- Smile and be courteous to all attendees.

Will Call – this is the term for people who have tickets left for them to pick up.
ADA Services – for anyone with medical or mobility issues. Services here include admission sales, wristband pick up, and medical companion pass processing.

Job Description:
- Process and control the movement of line as directed
- Advise attendees on pricing and to have cash ready
- Take direction from Guest/Agent/Handler on specific requests and relay to attendees in line
- Allow VIP Passholders when escorted by a VIP Concierge to jump to the front of the line. Cannot jump in front of other VIPs

- Be flexible – you may be moved to different lines and from front of line to back of line
- Work with the Autograph Area & Lines Lead for any questions or concerns

Job Description:
- Assist Guest Liaison crew and/or Celeb Autograph Hall Leads with selling autographs for Celebrity.
- Redeem autographs bought online or day of in person by scanning bar codes supplied by the customers and handing out the relevant ticket.
- Cash handling may be required for those selling tickets on-site.
- In some circumstances, provide attendees with maps and/or directions to special celebrity signing locations.
- Track all inventory sold.
- If you do not know the answer to a question, connect with a Celebrity Autograph Lead or provide directions to attendee(s) on how to download and utilize the app and show website. Do not send the Attendees multiple places before striving to find an answer.

Lost Child / Found Parent – Whether a child is lost, or a parent is looking for their child, please work with your Lead to bring the child or parents to the Show Office or nearest Information Booth. Once there, have someone with a radio alert Security of the situation and your location. When utilizing a radio, please refer to a child you have in your possession as “LOST PACKAGE IN POSSESSION” and “LOST PACKAGE” when you have the parents looking for a child. DO NOT UTILIZE NAMES OVER RADIO.
Medical Emergency – Flag down the nearest Security Guard or your Lead. DO NOT call 911.
